Beta Terms:

This, together with the license agreement within the setup program, are a binding legal agreement between you and BioComp Systems, Inc.

Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse a license of this software to anyone, or terminate your license, at any time, at our sole discretion.

Truth of Your Identity and Non-Competition

The use of this software is provided to you based on your submission of truthful information regarding your identity. Providing misinformation may result in the nullification of your license and may result in prosecution. You, your partners, employees, associates or other persons or entities close to you, in any form, must not be a competitor to, or associated with a competitor of, BioComp Systems, Inc.

Term of License
You are extended a non-exclusive license to use the software only for the period of the beta test. All copies must be uninstalled and destroyed at the conclusion of the beta test period.

Warranty
You acknowledge that this software has errors, omissions and defects. Accordingly, you are not to use the software for any purpose other than for evaluation.

Privacy: Information Collected
When registering using this form, the information you are submitting, including browser information and your IP address, is transmitted to us and may be retained by us for our records. It may be used by us at our discretion, but will not be shared with any other party unless demanded by written order from a court with a valid jurisdiction over us.
