The beta release of of the "freeware" version of the Data Explorer has the following technical specifications:

1 GB RAM (depends on amount of data)
50 MB disk space (for downloaded setup and installed application)
Microsoft .NET 2.0 (most Windows PCs have it installed already)

"Pull-Forward" brings forward the previous value if current one is null. Assumes data is a time series (sequential)
"Remove Row" removes a row if *any* value within that row is null.
Data Export
Treated data may be exported to disk to a comma or tab delimited file.
